Press release : The case against the female anti EACOP activists adjourned pending ruling

Today, March 16, 2026, the female Anti-EACOP activists and others appeared before the Buganda Road Magistrates Court for the anticipated ruling in their case following their arrest on August 1, 2025. However, the ruling could not proceed due to the absence of the presiding magistrate. As a result, the matter has been adjourned again and is now scheduled for April 10, 2026.
